
The cold room panel is made of rigid polyurethane foam as thermal insulation material and the color coated steel sheet, stainless steel sheet or embossed aluminum sheet as the covering sheet. It is one-time injected foaming, finished bonding molding with the polyurethane high-pressure injection machine. This process strengthens the strength and rigidity of the cold room panels, and can effectively reduce the heat transfer caused by the temperature difference between the inside and the outside, so as to achieve the maximum efficiency of the freezing and refrigeration system.
It is light in weight, high in strength, good in heat insulation, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, moth proofing, non-toxic, and mildew free. Its superiority will be shown more significantly in low temperature environment.
The cold room panels are connected with the cam locks embedded inside. The whole panels surface is flat after assembling.

The cam lock is usually embedded in the cold room panel and fixed to the panel’s mold with the adapter holder before foaming.
To assemble a cold room, you just need turn the wrench and then the cold room panels will be connected closely. To expand or remove a cold room, you just need turn the wrench reversely and then the panels will be separated.
The cam lock includes male part and female part, which are made of plastic or steel. It has a good performance in self-locking, strength and service life.
